Sunshine Florals for a romantic French wedding

Stephanie and Olivier's requested the flowers for their June wedding at Chateau de la Cazine to be a selection of pastel shades with "pops" of colour . Stephanie loved Peonies and blousy flowers and also wanted to introduce some Lavender as a nod to Olivier's family home in the South of France.  

The bouquets were an eclectic collect of summery blooms in shades of pinks ,peaches and corals with a hint of Lavender. Each Bridesmaid wore a different coloured dress , so the bouquets were to blend with each one. 

"Coral Charm" and "Sarah Bernhard" Peonies were the focal point of each design  

Stephanie's bouquet also contained gorgeous "Bombastic"spray roses and scented soft pink sweet peas and cream stocks with a hint of lavender . Orange Gerbera gave an extra layer of colour to the bouquet

The wedding dinner was held in the main dining room with more floral's in the wedding colour scheme 

Tall Martini style glasses gave height to the floral designs

A family Wedding in Creuse, France

Suzanne and Mark's wedding was a romantic affair. Their whole family gathered at beautiful Château de la Cazine to witness the exchanging of vows on a sweltering sunny day in June 2015. 

Suzanne wanted all of the flowers blend with the bridesmaids dresses and chose Hydrangea and roses as the focal flowers. 

The flowers for the ceremony were a selection of seasonal flowers from within the wedding colour scheme Beautiful Hydrangea , Gladioli, Alliums, Roses and Stocks all made for a colourful floral display 

Tall Martini glass floral decorations gave some colour above eye level which worked well with the high ceilings of the dining room at Chateau de la Cazine

The wedding of Lyndsay and Stuart was an intimate affair at the beautiful and picturesque Chateau de la Cazine  in the heart of France .

Lyndsey's Bridal Bouquet was a tied bouquet of David Austin "Patience" Roses, white Freesia, and Singapore Orchids with loops of cream pearls 

An intimate ceremony on the Terrace at Chateau de la Cazine with floral topiary trees and sweet jars of flowers on the ends of each chair

Mid Summer Wedding in the Dordogne

Danielle's bouquet was created using Sweet Avalanche roses, Faith roses, Quicksand roses Super magic peach double lisianthus, White Agapanthus ,white Veronica and Eucalyptus "Parvula"

The church altar was decorated with two floral urns in blush and white on free standing pillars 

 The romantic Church ceremony was held at the beautiful St Thomas church in the small town of Excideuil

 The dinner and wedding party was held in the marquee in the Chateau grounds

The marquee was decorated with elegant centre pieces of Roses, Double Lisianthus , Agapanthus , Stocks , Veronica and foliage all arranged in a silver footed vase

The Central pillars were decorated with balls of foliage and flowers in a natural and informal style

In the spring of 2014 Team Amour arrived in France for two days of creativity in the beautiful setting of Chateau Challain in the Loire Valley. Monique from French Wedding Style blog had a vision to create a wedding themed photo shoot and brought together a team of wedding professionals to create the first Team Amour shoot.

The floral colour scheme of blush pink, white and dusty greens with a hint of gold blended with the picturesque grounds of the château . 

Flower and foliage selection : Sweet Avalanche Rose, Blush pink Astilbe, Hydrangea , Dille Ranunculus, Astrantia , Lisianthus , Asparagus fern, Elaegnus, Ivy trails, Scabiousa pods and Rosemary 

It has been a joy looking through all of these lovely images again . The Team Amour shoot was a fabulous experience. It was a fantastic opportunity to work at a different venue with amazing wedding professionals.
